Color
PMS matched at makeready against the approved proof, densitometer-checked hourly through the run. Delta E tolerance stated on the job ticket.
Structure
Scored dimensions held to +/- 0.8 mm on cartons. Rigid boxes are hand-wrapped and pass 100 percent visual inspection before pack-out.
Transit
ISTA 3A drop testing on request for mailers and shippers. Pallet spec, carton counts and weights recorded on the packing list per shipment.
