Dates below are the committed schedule on a repeat run with approved artwork. First runs add 2 to 4 days for hard proofing. You get the tracking reference at trailer seal.

Day 0

PO and art in before 15:00 CT

Send print-ready art with the PO and prepress starts the same day. Art that needs rework moves the clock, and we tell you by how much before we touch it.

Day 1-2

Proofing

PDF proof for every job. Litho and rigid work gets a hard proof pulled on the production stock. You approve in writing; nothing prints on a verbal.

Day 7-10

Physical sample

A physical sample ships DHL from the plant and is in your hands in 7 to 10 days, not 3 weeks.

Day 10-24

Production

Print, die-cut, glue or hand-assemble, and QC at the plant that runs your category. Your account manager sends run photos at makeready and at completion.

Day 25-26

Seal and cross

Sealed trailer on a bonded carrier to the border. The USMCA certificate of origin is filed before the trailer leaves the yard, so the entry clears with duty at 0.0 percent.

Day 27-30

Delivery

Direct to your dock or transloaded to a domestic carrier, appointment scheduled in advance. You hold the tracking reference from trailer seal onward.

One flat fee, credited back against your first PO. The kit ships DHL and lands in 7 to 10 days: a wrapped rigid box, a folding carton in 18 pt SBS, printed tissue in 2 PMS colors, an E-flute mailer with tear strip, a sewn dust bag, and swatch cards for every substrate and finish we run.

First runs

First runs add 2 to 4 days.

The first run of a new SKU carries hard proofing and a dieline check that repeats do not. Plan the top of the range on a first PO; repeats run 14 to 30 days door to door.
